 I’ve spent the last 23+ years elbows-deep in the automotive industry—selling parts, turning wrenches, smoothing over service nightmares, and now managing a squad of damage appraisers for an insurance carrier. If it’s got wheels (and sometimes even if it doesn’t), I’ve probably diagnosed, priced, repaired, or assessed it.  

The Auto Authority was born out of two decades of "Are you serious?" moments in dealerships, shops, and insurance offices. I’m here to show you how to fix the small stuff yourself, spot the upsells you don’t need, and avoid getting steamrolled by technical jargon. It’s like having a car-savvy friend in your corner—minus the grease stains and unsolicited advice about spark plugs.
